Flamboyant White Rapper Riff Raff is famous for his colorful personality and lyrics of ratchet. But behind golden teeth and in excessive body art is the music genius. He has accumulated millions of twitter followers from the outrageous YouTube video and somehow managed to change his image into an agreement with $ 2 million.
Jody Christian was born in Houston Texas and applied for the MTV series from G to Gents. Although his appearance at the show was short-lived, he built a name for himself because his name received more Google search requests than the show itself. With a little fame he began making amateur videos on YouTube from his freestyles. Rapper Soulja Boy noticed and signed it to a development agreement. Riff Raff quickly cut the bond with Soulja Boy when the music recorded was suspended. He claimed Soulja was too busy focusing on his own music career.
While recording the material that was never released under Soulja Boy he worked with producer Harry Fraud and Diplo which he signed an agreement with in 2012. He dropped some summer mixtapes of the waves, the birth of icons, holograms and the most recently arranged neon vibrations to fall in August. Recently more music executives pay attention to flamboyant rappers including Don Cannon. Def Clock Recordings has named Don Cannon VP, A & R, according to a statement by Karen Kwak, EVP, Head of A & R, Def Island Clock Music Group. Mr. Cannon will oversee the current and new artist’s project, and will actively look for, find and sign new talents to the label. And guess who is one of the new talents …riff Raff.
He was still scheduled to drop the Mixtape in August. The agreement with def jam is based on certain conditional terms. Even though he signed to do 3 company albums can still drop it. This condition is based on a number of factors. What’s good about the term requirement is that Riff Raff will not be asked to repay progress. Despite the agreement with reportedly $ 2 million, a down payment was only $ 500,000. The rest of the cash will be given to the solution to a pure album based on the definition of the label complete. Okay, so maybe it’s not all good.
